HOW TO ORDER A SAMPLE
  • To order a sample please call one of our product specialists at 1-800-923-2694.  Have an idea for a product but dont know of one in particular?  No problem!  Our specialists have abundant knowledge in products and can make recommendations for you based on the event, team or price point. 
  • They can provide you with cost (if applies) and shipping options.
SAMPLE POLICY
  • The cost of sample including shipping must be paid at the time of the sample request (if pricing applies).
  • If you choose to place an order for an item which you have sampled, RSN Promotionals will credit the cost of that sample and the cost of its ground shipping towards your order.
  • All samples are shipped either blank or with a random imprint. Samples may not be customized with personal information. If an actual Pre-Production proof is needed please email angie@rsnpromo.com for details and pricing. 
  • All sample orders are shipped by Ground Service. If you need to expedite shipping please provide a shipping account number or request more information when ordering a sample.
LIMIT 5 ITEMS. MAXIMUM 3 PIECES OF EACH ITEM.
RSN Promotionals reserves the right to reject any sample request.
Artwork Requirements

Full Art Services, Free Digital Proofs, Unlimited Proof Revisions.


Here at RSN Promotionals we understand the right design can make all the difference when it comes to promotional products. That is why we provide an unconditional guarantee to all our clients when it comes to artwork. All art services are always FREE, there are no catches or tricks. Our job is to create or recreate a design that will not only be right for you but also have a lasting effect on the promotional product that you are buying.

We house a group of talented designers that will work with you every step of the way to insure that you are satisfied with your design and layout. We offer unlimited revisions and digital proofs for your review. We will not print anything until you give us your final approval. Below are some guidelines and suggestions in regards to file types, fonts and artwork.
Preferred File Types
 
No matter what file type you currently have we will be able to produce great artwork for you product.  However not all files are made equal and some are better than others. Here is a list of file types that will produce the best possible imprint.
  •  Adobe Illustrator (8.0+) .EPS or .AI files - Vector Files
  •  Adobe .PDF files - Vector Files
  •  Adobe PhotoShop (300 dpi +) .PSD files
  •  High resolution (300 dpi +) .JPG or .TIFF files. or .PNG files
File Types that Require redraws or modification.  

  •  Files set up for Web presentation, such as low resolution JPEG, GIF, PNG, etc.
  •  Any artwork imported into a word processing program such as: Microsoft Word, WordPerfect, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.
  •  Note faxed artwork is NOT clear enough to reproduce on your imprint, and will require a redraw. Redraws or any other art modification services are 100% FREE.
 We will however accept ANY of the above files. Please allow extra time for your art proofs to be setup. If you have questions about any file types please contact the art department via Jessica@rsnpromotionals.com.

 Fonts

  • If a specific font is used in your artwork, please email the actual font to the art department.
  • If submitting an .EPS or .AL file, please outline all the fonts.
  • In some instances we have to recreate your artwork and an alternate font might be used.  We have over 5000 fonts available and will present the best option to you.

Your digital artwork will be kept on file for up to 3 years. As long as you re-order the item with the same imprint within this period we can re-use your screen, and you can avoid paying another setup charge.


Shipping and Delivery
RSN Promotionals utilizes over 46 production facilities located throughout the United States in order to bring you the best selection of promotional products. Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. In some instances USPS can be used as a shipping carrier, please contact customer service for availability.

All order ship out via ground service, unless expedited method was requested or needed to meet an in-hand date. All quoted shipping costs are estimated and might vary due to occasional over & under runs on each order. As part of our guarantee there is absolutely no markup on shipping. We strive to deliver the best products and the lowest rates with true shipping costs. You pay the exact UPS or FedEx rates. You also have an option of using your own shipping account for your orders. Please note all order are subject to a minimal $5 handling fee for the entire shipment. Heavier items might have extra minimal packaging fees per box. There are no surprises when it comes to shipping.

Please be aware if a close in-hand date must be met then expedited shipping may be used, in which case we will present all cost and options for you before the products ship out. Cost of shipping, any potential over/ under run charges and all tracking information is provided once the order is shipped.
Over Runs and Under Runs
In certain instances you may receive an overage or a shortage on your order.

Over or under runs occur do to the fact that quantity of the products are determined by weight since its not possible to actually count the exact quantities in a mass production process. The industry standard on most products is 10%. For example if you order 500 magnets you could receive 450 or 550 magnets. RSN Promotionals does not guarantee the exact % but will try to minimize such occurrence. In most instances the over or under run does not exceed 5%. You will be billed or credited to the amount of over or under run.
Website Security
RSNpromomotionals.com utilizes the latest in SSL gateway security with up to 256 bit encryption on every page and full checkout process. Website is secured by industry leader GeoTrust, its active seal is present on the bottom of our website to insure that communication between your browser and sites web server is constantly secure. 

All credit card transaction are processed by industry leading Authorize gateway and user profiles along with encrypted credit card information is stored on fully secured servers that comply with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Date Security Standards.  RSN Promotionals does not view or store full credit card information locally. We only see the same encrypted information our clients see. Security is one of our top priorities, we want our clients to have a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Cancellation Policy

RSN Promotionals strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Charges for all online orders are authorized when the orders are placed. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of all productions times.  If you have questions regarding an in hand date, please contact customer service prior to placing your order at 1-800-923-2694.

We do not have any cancelation fees, your order maybe canceled any time before it goes to production and actually printed. However if the order is in pre-production and a screen has already been made then the customer is responsible for any screen fees. Screen fees or setup fees vary depending on the product ordered.

 

Product Proof

A product proof is an actual sample of an item you want to print. Product proofs are not available for all items, please consult our service specialist for details. An additional charge will apply for an actual pre-production product proof. After you approve the sample the whole order will go into production. Production time will start 24 hours after final approval.

Return Policy

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. We work hard to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable. If there was a problem with your order due to direct fault of RSN Promotionals, we will resolve the issue promptly. Defected or damaged items must be returned for inspection. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be obtained within 7 days of receipt. Minimum quantities and less than minimum orders

Some products are available at below minimum quantities. If you require a below minimum quantity order please contact a sales representative for assistance. Please note that below minimum quantities might require additional charges. Full details of all the charges will be provided by sales representative prior to your order. Screen charges

Most products require that a silk screen or plate be made in order to apply your custom imprint. If your artwork is more than one color, a screen must be made for each color. Screen charges are one-time charges per product, per imprint. New imprints will require new screens and charges.
